Damages and issues with your order
If your order is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us via email at shop@full-pour.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have photos of the damage, please include those.
Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there’s something wrong with your order, please email us at shop@full-pour.com
Magazine Refunds
Refunds for magazines, either single-copy or subscription-based orders, cannot be accommodated. If you choose to cancel a subscription mid-term, you will not be partially refunded for issues not yet shipped.
